The TrueLife personal scale works on the principle of bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA), which is commonly used by elite athletes. With the TrueLife FitScale W4 BT scale, you can perfectly understand your body composition from the comfort of your home. The scale measures a total of 15 indices, including BMI, subcutaneous fat, metabolic age, and proportion of muscle or skeletal mass. The evolution of all values ​​can be monitored in the mobile app, with which you simply pair the scale using Bluetooth.

You can find the complete history of your measurements in the Health Report section of the app. Here, each measured index is explained in detail and your values ​​are displayed on the scale. For each index, you will then find dietary and exercise recommendations to maintain a healthy lifestyle. At the same time, it will show you how to effectively stick to your goals, whether you're trying to gain muscle mass or reduce body fat. Thanks to the amount of information, graphs and statistics that are available directly in the application, you do not need to record anything complicated.

Smart features and compatibility

TrueLife FitScale W4 BT stores measurements for up to 12 users and can be used by the whole family. It's compatible with Apple Health Kit, Google Fit and Fitbit, where you can easily send your data and continue working with it where you're used to. Pair the scale with the app immediately using Bluetooth. But it also works in offline mode. Therefore, if for any reason you do not have access to the app, the scale records the results and writes them back to the app after reconnecting.

You don't have to track metrics only in the app. The scale will show you basic values ​​such as your body weight, water percentage and body fat directly on the scale display.
