Molluscum Contagiosum Molutrex Treatment, 3 ml, Acm

Molluscum contagiosum is a contagious viral skin infection.

This product is a medical device.

It is necessary to read the package leaflet carefully before each use as it contains important information regarding the use of the product.

Active ingredients per ml of solution:

50 mg potassium hydroxide and purified water.

How to use: 

• This product is intended for external use. When applying the solution, please place the bottle on a flat surface to avoid spilling
• The product must be applied by an adult
• 1 or 2 applications per day, morning and evening
• Discontinue use if inflammation (redness) occurs
• Apply the product only to the lesions caused by Molluscum contagiosum that need to be treated
• Do not apply the product to the same lesion caused by Molluscum contagiosum for more than 14 consecutive days
• If no improvement is observed, inform your doctor
• Like any active product, it may cause more or less undesirable effects, in particular in the form of a burning sensation or transient irritation
• The intensity of the irritation depends on the sensitivity of the skin and the amount of product applied
• Please follow the instructions for use
• Hyper- or hypopigmentation may occur after the disappearance of certain lesions caused by Molluscum contagiosum that have been treated. They will disappear spontaneously.

Precautions:

• This product should not be used: on mucous membranes or around the eyes, on children under 2 years of age, in case of allergy to any of the ingredients of the product, on lesions caused by Molluscum contagiosum, infected or inflamed, on other types of skin growths
• May be caustic if used improperly
• Do not allow the liquid to come into contact with healthy skin
• Wash hands after each application
• Do not use on mucous membranes or around the eyes, on open wounds or on scratched skin
• If breastfeeding, do not use this solution on parts of the body that may come into contact with the infant
• Do not use in patients with atopic eczema in the acute phase
• Do not use in people with a weakened immune system
• Do not apply the product to healthy skin.
