1. Remove the test from its sealed envelope and place it on a clean and flat surface.
Gently mix the extraction reagent solution.
Remove the foil and insert the swab with the patient's sample into the extraction tube with buffer solution.
Rotate the tampon at least 10 times while pressing the tampon on the bottom and side of the extraction tube.
Roll the end of the swab against the inside of the extraction tube as you remove it.
Try to release as much liquid as possible.
Dispose of the used swab in accordance with your biohazard waste disposal protocol.
Attach the dropper tip to the tube, then add 3 drops of the extracted sample to well S.
As the test starts to work, the color will migrate on the membrane.
Wait for the colored strip to appear.
The result should be read after 10-15 minutes.
