Instructions for use: Children over 3 years and adults
1. Over the sink or in the bathtub, tilt your head to one side and insert the tip of the spray into the nostril on the opposite side of your head tilt. Press once, firmly, for 2 or 3 seconds.
2. Repeat with the other nostril, with the head tilted in the opposite direction.
3. Blow your nose.
4. Clean the spray tip with warm water after each use and wipe it dry.
