Properties:
The combination of bacopa monnieri, uridine, citicoline, phosphatidyl serine and lutein/zeaxanthin is intended to improve neuroprotection and cerebral neuroplasticity and can help increase cognitive performance and eye health.

- Bacopa Monnieri is known for its nootropic and adaptogenic properties, helping to improve memory, learning ability and concentration.
- Uridine is essential for the synthesis of phospholipids in cell membranes, thus improving their integrity and functioning. Uridine may play an important role in neuroprotection and in promoting synaptic plasticity that is crucial for learning and memory.

Mode of administration:
1-2 capsules/day after meals (start with 1 capsule/day and if needed can be increased to 2 capsules/day)
