Microcapsule technology was used to produce Butyric Acid N°1 with butyric acid. It protects the active substance, allowing butyric acid to reach the small and large intestine. Stearic acid, which is a natural fatty acid, was used for the microcapsule cap.
Butyric acid is the basic and key energy material for the epithelial cells of the digestive tract. Each capsule of the Lab One product contains 250 mg of sodium butyrate, of which up to 200 mg is pure butyric acid.
