Infatrini is a complete, energy-rich and protein-rich diet for infants and toddlers from birth.

The preparation is suitable up to 18 months of age or until the infant weighs up to 9 kg.

Nutricia brand food for special medical purposes intended for the nutritional management of infants and toddlers with a properly functioning or partially functioning digestive tract in the case of malnutrition associated with disease, insufficient energy and nutrient intake.

In which cases should Infatrini be used?

• Nutricia Infatrini is a diet suitable for growth disorders in children, as well as in cases of increased energy demand and/or the need to limit fluid intake
• The use of Infatrini may be indicated in the case of, among others: swallowing disorders (with the help of a feeding tube), cystic fibrosis, cerebral palsy, postoperative recovery, heart failure, bronchopulmonary dysplasia
• The Infatrini preparation used in medical nutrition of infants supports the compensation of growth deficiencies.

Indications:

• For the dietary management of malnutrition associated with diseases and growth disorders, increased energy requirements and/or limited fluid intake in infants from birth and young children
• The volume of the diet administered should be adjusted to the individual needs of the child (underlying and comorbidities)
• Food intake depends on age and body weight
• The amount of food and the frequency of feeding should be recommended by your doctor or dietitian.

Ingredients:

How to use: 

• Wash hands
• Use sterilized containers
• Shake well before serving and check the temperature of the diet
• Pour the diet into a sterile container: bottle, cup or tube feeding container
• The product can be served at room temperature or warmed.

Contraindications:

• Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients
• Do not administer to patients with galactosemia
• Use under medical supervision after considering all possible feeding options, including breastfeeding
• The preparation is not intended for parenteral use
• The product is suitable for use as the sole source of nutrition for infants from birth and young children weighing up to 9 kg or 18 months of age
• Do not use in persons who have not been diagnosed with the above-mentioned medical conditions, health disorders or who do not have medical indications for its use
• Before starting to use the preparation, please read the information on the recommended dosage and method of use on the packaging
• The preparation should be stored in a dry place, at room temperature, out of the reach of small children
• After first opening the packaging ui, store the product in the refrigerator in a closed bottle for no more than 12 hours
• Product intended for bottle feeding, drinking or tube feeding
• In the case of tube feeding, the duration of administration of the product should not exceed 4 hours
• Discard any unused food.
