Menstroziel herbs 200g, original mix of plants from Zielarnia Suwałki

Ingredients:

• Common Yarrow – Achillea millefolium
• Common plant – Capsella bursa-pastoris
• Raspberry leaf – Rubus idaeus
• Gooseberry – Potentilla anserina
• Valerian rhizome – Valerina officinalis
• Common mantle plant - Alchemilla vulgaris
• Gentian woodpecker – Persicaria hydropiper
• Common chamomile - Matricaria chamomilla
• The common mistletoe plant – Viscum album
• Lemon balm leaf - Melissa officinalis
• Marigold petals – Calendula officinalis
• Sage leaf - Salvia officinalis

Method of consumption: During menstruation, drink up to 3 glasses of infusion per day. On the remaining days of the cycle, drink 1 glass of infusion per day.

For each glass of infusion, make a full teaspoon of herbs poured with boiling water and left covered for 15 minutes.
