How to use:

• Remove the current shoe insoles if they are removable.
• Insert the Scholl GelActiv™ insoles into the shoes with the black and orange foam facing down.
• If necessary, cut out the insoles on the outline shown, using the original insoles or the size guide as a template.
• Replace insoles every 6 months or when they show signs of wear.
