Partially hydrolyzed guar gum (PHGG) is a water-soluble, flavorless, low-pH, heat-resistant dietary fiber derived from the endosperm of Cyamopsis tetragonoloba L seeds.

PHGG falls into the category of prebiotic dietary fibers by increasing concentrations of bifidobacteria and lactobacilli species.

How to use: 

• The daily dose is 2.5-5 grams of product (1-2 scoops) 1-2 times a day
• The maximum dose is 20 grams of product per day
• PHGG (partially hydrolyzed guar gum) is consumed mixed with 100-150 ml of water, on an empty stomach
• PHGG is a very versatile ingredient; the powder dissolves quickly and can be added to smoothies or shakes without affecting the taste, aroma, or consistency
• It is important to start with a smaller amount (1/2-1 scoop), then after a few days or after any side effects subside, gradually increase the amount until reaching the full dose.

Precautions:

• People with serious medical conditions or who have recently undergone surgery should consult a specialist before using this product.
• In chronic diseases, it is recommended to consume the product 2 hours after or 2 hours before taking the medication.
