Pre-Base Quick Off by NEONAIL is a product that:

• can be combined with NEONAIL bases.

Application method:
1. Matte the nail with a polisher, remove dust and wash with Cleaner.
2. Apply a very thin layer of Pre-Base Quick Off to the middle of the nail, leaving about 1 mm of space from the edge of the free edge and nail folds, and wait about 2 minutes for the product to dry completely.
3. Then apply a thin layer of HARD BASE or another selected hybrid base to the entire nail plate, securing the free edge, and cure in an LED/UV lamp according to the table.
4. Apply a layer of hybrid varnish in the selected color and cure in an LED/UV lamp according to the table (the darker the color, the longer the curing time). To achieve deeper color, repeat the process.
5. Apply a layer of HARD TOP to achieve a very distinctive shine. Cure in an LED/UV lamp according to the table, then wipe with Cleaner.

Removal:
1. Gently matt the shiny top coat with a file or polisher with a grit of approximately 180, this will allow the acetone to penetrate deeper into the varnish and remove the styling faster.
2. Then apply acetone to the cotton pad on the Nail Foil Wraps and wrap the remaining foil tightly around your finger (you can use a lint-free cotton pad, cover the nail with it and then wrap it with aluminum foil).
3. After approximately 6 minutes, remove the nail polish using a wooden stick or metal pick, gently pry it up and slide the polish in the direction of nail growth (from the cuticles towards the free edge)

*Gently remove any remaining varnish with a polisher.
