Use

The dilution ratio for the IZOtonic drink is 1 tablet in 250 ml of water (osmolality 275-305 mOsm/kg), the dilution ratio for the HYPOtonic drink is 1 tablet in 375 ml of water (osmolality less than 250 mOsm/kg). After opening, store at a temperature of 25 °C and use within 3 months. The established recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
