OstroVit ® BCAA 8-1-1 is a food supplement that contains BCAA amino acids with branched chains ( Branched chain amino acids ): L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine in a ratio of 8:1:1. These compounds are classified as exogenous amino acids, which means that they are not synthesized by the human body and must be supplied with a balanced and properly composed diet.
The OstroVit ® brand product was created for people with increased physical activity, as well as for professional sports practice. The lemon-flavored powder conditioner allows you to supplement your daily diet with BCAAs on both training and non-training days. The recommended serving of the preparation provides a total of 4 grams of branched chain amino acids.
