Vitamin B12 contributes to the good functioning of the psyche, to the reduction of exhaustion and fatigue and to the good functioning of the nervous system.

Mode of use

The recommended daily dose for adults is 1 tablet per day. Allow the tablet to dissolve slowly in your mouth.
