- Black elderberry (Sambucus nigra).
Native to central Europe, elderberry is particularly widespread in Switzerland and in all European areas with a temperate climate. Its berries are used in phytotherapy for their purifying properties, as they help purify the body of toxins.
- Black radish (Raphanus sativus var. niger).
Black radish is a thick, edible root with a distinctive flavor, to which lemon juice (Citrus limon) has been added for its refreshing taste.

- Maté (Ilex paraguariensis) promotes the transformation of fats into energy. Furthermore, this Latin American plant is also appreciated for its toning properties, especially at the beginning of a weight loss program which helps to "recharge the batteries".
- Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) has been known since ancient times in the Mediterranean basin to promote the body's elimination and drainage functions.
