BCAA Micro Instant Juice is a source of high quality supermicronized instant branched amino acids (BCAA) in a ratio of 2:1:1.

BCAA amino acids are the building blocks of proteins that contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. The combination of these essential amino acids (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine) represents approximately 33% of total muscle protein.

Recommended dose

Mix 1 tablespoon (5 g) with 250 ml of water and drink immediately after physical activity. If you want to change the taste and sweetness of the drink, you can adjust the amount of water used for preparation. The prepared drink is intended for immediate consumption. The maximum daily dose is 10 g.
